I have been working here for quite some years and the environment is so good..it is the good place to learn while you work and you would good freedom to work.HR policies are upto date and not bad when compared with tier 1 companies.decent environment and company to work with.

Cons

Nothing as such.may be on suggestions part.

I am just loving working here. Lot of learning opportunities & the best part is you are recognized for your work & dedication towards your job. You also have a great team of HR who come out with very creative ideas of keeping the employees recognized. Very friendly environment where you feel free to approach your seniors without hesitation on all your concerns & they are always ready to help. Just loving being here....

one of the company which motivates and helps their employees for career growth and development. Good ambience, open culture, very secured work place for women employees and work life balance is the best part of being at technosoft.
