      You get your salary on time bi weekly.

      Cons

      No Salary hike, no other benefits....It's hard to contact HR people once you join, They do not care of their employees once you are done with the project. They can remove you from project immediately by giving some meaning-less reason and then you are on your own. Never ever join their direct client, you will end-up working for 12 hr a day but you will always gets payment for 8 hrs.

      Nothing. Everything is bad and join this company only if you don't get a job anywhere else in the world.

      Cons

      CTC: Rs 1.8 lacs (Clerk's salary for educated people) They pay clerk's salary to Engineers. No Laptops, only desktops 6 months bond 1 month original certificates to be submitted
