      Pros

      Working at Technosoft (India) for the past 3 years. Lot of scope for learning with good support from supervisor and management. Transparent in terms of decision making and they provide business updates to all employees periodically.

      Should acquire more projects.

      Pros

      Flexibility at work, provides a lot of autonomy to experience and experiment, thereby helping and assisting in good exposure and growth. Lot of focus on training and development. Salary as compared to lot of companies in the market is a boost factor. Good work-life balance. Provides a positive and very democratic environment to work. Good performance is well appreciated and immediately comes to limelight. I would certainly recommend to my acquaintances.

      Need little more focus on training for Client based employees.
