Cons
They hire OPT students and exploit them ( Max 65 to 70 K PA) and keep ~40% share. No transparency, False promises on H1B visa, They don't want to sponsor your visa until 1+2 years OPT is completed and you join any Day 1 CPT collage. Once you are deployed on project , the employer is not accessible (They will give lot of excuses).
