      Pros

      They are responsive to email despite their language barriers.

      Cons

      They lowball contracts. Twice they offered me hourly rates far lower than competitors (18% and 23% respectively). For the 2nd job, that equated to skimming over $31K in pay I received for the SAME job through another firm. Stay away.

      Once Hired at onsite you are no more a part of any frequent calls . They didnt even ask how is work going on . there is no one to monitor you . I havent seen them. When I call them they just give some awkward replies and say we will get back . They never come back. No stick to promises. I dont write reviews . But I am writing because I am fed up with their culture.
