      Pros

      Expanding roster of clients, access to great partnerships that bring in new business. Exciting projects. Very smart and capable people.

      Cons

      Some partnerships create artificial or actual distance from the end client and gatekeep information. But this is surmountable with open communication. Similarly, employee onboarding into certain end-customer opportunities can be complex and time consuming.
