Supportive and professional work culture. Good learning environment with exposure to different clients and technologies. Management and team members are helpful and approachable Work-life balance is generally good during active project phases

Cons

Project durations are very short (usually 1–2 months), leading to frequent transitions Repeated client interviews between projects create continuous pressure Lack of project stability makes it hard to fully relax or plan long-term work Context switching between projects affects focus and productivity Bench periods can feel uncertain due to frequent reallocation

Pros

Decent leave policy compared to an average service based organisation.

Cons

One of the worst companies in the world, with some of the most incompetent and unprofessional management. I was hired for the role of Automation Lead, which required highly demanding skills as mentioned in the job description. However, after joining, I discovered that no such position actually exists within the company. The recruiter had shared an incorrect job description, and only after completing all joining formalities was I informed that this was merely proactive hiring—meaning I would remain on the bench. When I tried to follow up with the recruiter regarding this misinformation, I was simply ghosted. The Project Allocation Team is utterly incompetent. Despite there being suitable roles aligned with my skill set, I was forced into an ultimatum: either resign or join a manual testing project. Day by day, the company’s management seems increasingly impulsive and poorly planned. Replacing a yearly appraisal with a negligible bonus amount under the name of a policy change is extremely demotivating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the company does not even provide basic-quality laptops to its employees. I had to raise laptop replacement and battery change requests five times over a span of five months. The final response from the IT team was shocking: “This time I have installed a good quality battery, and it will surely last for more than an hour.” Seriously? This company lacks transparency, professionalism, and respect for its employees. I strongly recommend thinking twice before joining.
