Pros
-They are having very good clients - Pay is good as per industry standards -Hr people are good and fair enough towards the employees
Cons
-No job security -Company is fully dependent upon the clients - At any point of time they can remove you from organization without giving any reason - Management is worst and they never deploy employees again if one client removes then your career is gone no one bothers at all -They always assure people by telling "It's a long term project" at the time of joining but that can be end up in 1 month also
