Pros

Most people are great to work with. Well compensated, for the most part although no overtime or comp time. Occasional gifts that make you feel valued.

Cons

Too much paperwork and levels of approvals and management for everything. Not sure if they don't trust their employees or what. Benefits are a little sketchy. There is not a single dentist in my city that takes their weird Dental insurance so it's useless to me and we use my wife's much more expensive insurance. They do offer additional perks, but also make using them very difficult. Takes a long time to get expense reimbursement and for those who travel a lot it can be a problem.
