Pros
Benefits (401K, Medical, and Employee Welfare items) are better than most of the DoD contractors out there. Very empowering small business if you are willing to lift and contribute. Active management team and growing company in many areas.
Cons
No Cons. In the world of defense contracting and low-priced contracts, they are still taking care of their people.
