Apogee treats their employees like family. I have been with the company for over four years and I'm extremely happy to be a part of such a great company. They provide opportunities for each employee that desires to grow with the company every opportunity to do so. Apogee realizes the strength of the company is the employees so constantly look for ways to improve the employer/employee relationship.
