Thank you for your comments. For our consultants, compensation is usually set at the beginning of each client-engagement. Opportunities for revising salary occur when a new assignment is made.
With respect to our immigration team, we have a highly-experienced team who work closely with one or more outside immigration attorneys, depending upon the need. Our systems are automated and integrated. Admittedly, immigration matters have been more difficult these past 4 years due to the shift in US immigration policy. Problems with immigration matters are easily escalated to HR when necessary.
