Our first year salary for recently graduated trainees is considered competitive. With a good first year's experience, consultant can experience a significant step-up in their compensation. And as they grow in their skill levels, their engagements will also expand and grow which will provide an even higher comp plan. Combined with our very rich benefits package, we believe that our compensation plan is quite attractive. This is evident from the many consultants who have stayed with us for years.
