Pros

Cons

a) Micro-management b) Headless people running Training Department or even Company. c) No scope for Knowledge gain or Career opportunities. Join if you prefer STAGNANT CAREER. d) You'll be hired for your knowledge and then NOT be valued for the same. e) You'll be offered lucrative ONSITE PROMISES - but only verbal, NOTHING on paper. f) Give some feedback and the Manager will start relying on other people and treat you like an Alien! g) No Culture or valued associations or good karma kinda people. h) There's no coding work EVEN IF THEY COMMIT; only Training job. Please Note: Make sure you DON'T JOIN THEM even if you don't have any other offers in hand.

Thank you for your feedback. APOLIS is a successful company and has been in business since 1996 and has helped well over 3,000 people start and/or advance their careers. We have many employees who have enjoyed long-time careers with us. And many satisfied alumni. This particular employee appears to have been with APOLIS for 5 years, apparently in India. We are sorry that after 5 years this employee did not find ways to address his/her concerns. We request that this employee contact our HR dept. to provide clearer information about his/her experience: hr@apolisrises.com. It is not our standard practice to micro-manage people. However we do expect accountability from every team member. Everyone is expected to bring their head to their job - thus no "headless people" running about. Our HR practices include written offer letters that clearly define compensation and benefits. Our company depends upon and craves employee feedback so that we can constantly improve. That's why we conduct regular surveys and invite staff to one-on-one meetings with HR. It's not clear how this employee can say there is "no coding" as the vast majority of our consultants do code extensively. This writer's "cons" are difficult to understand so if he/she is willing, please contact our HR dept.

Unethical

Pros

No pros at all Unethical/illegal company Places fake candidates by showing fake resumes. I was the part of their unethical /illegal working & left it.

Cons

The manager have psychological disorders. Definitely needs to visit psychiatric. He does not understand your logic and does not want to understand/listen you that it takes time to prepare a candidate equal to candidate with 4-5 years of experience. They will hire you as a solver of technical interviews and if you can not make their candidates clear interviews will fire you. They are providing fake candidates from java, android, .net, iOS etc technologies. Be respectful while talking to females at-least. I wonder how he will be dealing with guys out there. !!!do not join them at all!!! Still want to join? ok join part time and see and then decide to join full time, you will never join them. Only recruitment/staffing is a good place where they have not fired people, may be human managers working in those teams.

A complaint like this should be made to our HR dept. If there is a manager who is acting unethically or illegally we would want to know about it immediately. Disregarding the comments on "psychological disorder" the suggestion for an anonymous review is something we do act upon. The company does survey its team several times per year. An opportunity to voice one's concern anonymously is there, if one does not wish to contact HR.
