      Pros

      Great team to work with. Good working environment. Great support from Sr. members and management is very very supportive. Goes without saying that my exp with this company is so well tuned that i don't mind continuing more years.

      Cons

      Would not like to highlight the weak side. Every company has a standard to run the organization and on a bigger platform u tend to make things big for your employees. But when comes to employee satisfaction it never ends. So i guess i am working with a company who understand my need which may differ from employee to employee

      There are no pros, only senior staff get all the credit. Any issues will be your fault, and you will be directly blamed. The work environment in this company is not good. There was no salary increase.

      After 30 years in the business, it is hard to accept that there is "no good" to speak of. How about Apolis' employee benefits? Our systems? Our great customers? Camaraderie? Professional environment? Longevity of many of our staff? Of course, there are areas for improvement and we would welcome any constructive criticism. Apolis openly recognizes its employees' good performance on a monthly basis. And we regularly approve salary increases for good performance. Apolis does expect hard work and good, professional performance from its employees. It is unfortunate this employee's experience did not work out so well.

      Thank you for your feedback. When personnel are deployed on a client-engagement it is typically only for the duration of that project. We do try to find additional work for our consultants that are wrapping up an existing project. Please continue to check our website for new opportunities.
