      ONLY Pros - Salary comes on time.

      They promise and promise lot of the things but they never BELIEVE in completing that promises at their end. 2-3 years go and even then they don't appraisal. When you ask they always says bisness not going well. Any Senior you talk is already TOXIC or going to be TOXIC in the future because of their experience within the company. PLEASE SAVE YOURS SELF! DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BELIEVE ANY THEIR PROMISES.

      This negative review says that for 2-3 years he/she did not get an appraisal. In fact, we provide Senior Recruiting Managers with feedback on a regular basis (not less than monthly). Every person knows whether they are meeting their targets or not. Each employee receives an annual appraisal that focuses on their overall performance. An employee's successful growth usually depends upon their performance and overall contribution to the company.
