      Pros

      Good Management. Supportive management and manager's. They listen employee suggestions. Work from Home job opportunities, work life balance. They have not fired a single employee in Pandemic and also credited full salary to employee account.

      Cons

      Noting in my mind, whatever i feel i suggested and management already worked on that.

      We really appreciate your comments and positive feedback. In 2022 we have about 250 clients and that number is growing. But we are always looking for more.       Thanks for your feedback. Striking the right balance between "laid back" and "competitive" work environments is not easy. We want people to enjoy their work but we also want them to be successful at it. It's like achieving a good work-life balance. We don't want you to "take your work home with you" but we understand that some people are able to cut it off more easily than others. We'll keep trying.
