      A typical small size company. Open access to management. Employess treated with fair respectfullness.

      Cons

      Salaries not so great. Limited opportunities for career development. Limited client base. Family owned company means decisions are sometimes taken in the best interests of the family rather than the company professionally.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. APOLIS is a closely-held company. We feel this has helped us maintain more of a family-feel instead of a big corporate feeling. We are not a "small" company as defined in the marketplace. APOLIS staff and sales have been growing significantly since 2010. Combined with our very rich benefits package, we believe that our compensation plan is quite attractive. This is evident from the many consultants who have stayed with us for years.
