      Thank you for your comments. The students are the heartbeat of our program and our educators create a healthy environment for them to thrive in. We are very sorry to hear that you were not compensated accurately for staying late. We value the dedication and commitment of our staff and provide a high-level of compensation for their time. We have a process for notating late stays and any errors in time-keeping should be directed to hrteam@apolloafterschool.com and will be handled accordingly.

      Pros

      I have been working for Apollo After School for more than 1 year (part time) -I like the environment of working as an after school educator for elementary school children. The team I work with is competent and pleasant. -Become CPR and first aid certified for free upon employment -Company provides Professional development -Supportive HR department -Dress code policy -Love working with children -Great curriculum -Company does summer camps so it's a great opportunity for a summer -Pay is good

      None really. Most issues are solved on the spot.

We aim to provide a positive culture and appreciate your feedback on promoting from within. We strive to hire and retain excellent staff and provide paid training opportunities that can help educators become site directors and grow within our organization. We are in the process of implementing an updated performance management system to recognize and reward our staff.

      Independence. Office staff is organized and friendly. Pay is good. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Little to no support to run site from management. The curriculum is lame. Noone to sub. I had to work while sick.

      Thank you for your comments. We strive to provide excellent communication to our staff. We have implemented new systems, including a level of middle management staff to provide more structure and support in the field. The addition of floating staff members this year is helping to alleviate staffing shortage due to call-outs or turnover.
