Fast paced environment allows for growth and advancement in both IT and education. The online classroom & related technologies are envied by other educational institutions.

Cons

The University of Phoenix still has a reputation as a diploma mill. Changes in IT and business leadership leads to extreme organizational changes and loss of good dedicated resources. Reward and recognize employees.
