      Pros

      Mission makes sense and is important. Employees are committed to the mission more than the leaders are. Students are great and so are faculty members.

      Cons

      No confidence in senior leadership. Saying you are being transparent does not actually make it so. Leaders are too busy with self promotion and have forgotten to actually run the business and grow it. The organization empowers mediocrity.
