      Pros

      Curriculum and OLS system makes for very happy students and UOP a leader in higher education. Manager who cares but allows me autonomy. Excellent benefits, pay, and time off.

      Cons

      Everything changes...everyday and that can be a little frustrating. Lack of communication from bottom up.

      Pros

      The atmosphere was laid back and in a year my tuition would have been reimbursed.

      Cons

      The company decided to phase out some of their campuses and the employees were not warned at all. We were walked out the day we were told and the tuition compensation wasn't even given to those that were under a year.

      Company is in a death spiral. Leadership throughout the company are only out for themselves and the stock pro.
