      The company has had lots of change management and restructuring. Still finding their place in higher education.

      Steady work, comparable wages and benefits, positive business (they don't build bombs)

      Constant reorganization and poor internal communication. Lack of cohesive vision.

      - some very bright and dedicated people - flexible work hours - good mission (making education generally available)

      Cons

      - business outlook is unclear and the flagship university has been having enrollment problems - the organization is hamstrung often by a 'good enough' attitude - Business is declining so money and budget is extremely tight
