      Pros

      HR still reinventing itself, so a good time to work for the company as it transitions. Very strong culture, good comfortable environment. Great managers and hiring managers to deal with. Good relationships with vendors.

      Cons

      Some roles are pretty confusing and it feels the departments are kind of unorganized. Managers try to promote people they have previously worked with without focusing on their strengths or weaknesses. If you know someone in the company you'll be promoted.
