Opportunities throughout the company to be an agent of change. People who are strong advocates of education and who believe in what they do or what they sell. Internal growth opportunities are plentiful. Very good corporate culture.

Cons

Lots of growing pains - Infrastructure not always able to keep up with growth or change. Lots of systems/technology improvements needed. Exec leadership not highly communicative.

Cons

The leadership was taken over by people more concerned with their own resumes and cronies. Good talent is leaving left and right and no one is stopping them.
