      Pros

      Many tools are being used across the organization. Exciting development platforms.

      Cons

      Many tools are being used across the organization. which cause a lot of duplication of work effort. Application of the bell curve to assess staff does not generate a balance in the staff. There are so many re-orgs people are often put in positions that are not commensurate to their skills and then they are forced in the bell curve at the time of reviews.
