      Okay for entry-level positions.

      Pros

      Many entry-level positions available (ie: call center jobs, enrollment advisor jobs). Leadership change business strategy all the time, so you never get bored. Many departments encourage professional development.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication when informing impacted personnel of business strategy changes. So, you feel like you are never up to date with current processes. If you are stuck in a department that does not encourage or allow taking time for professional development, you are SOL.

      Pros

      free food; good 401k and insurance; flexible hours

      Cons

      Pis-poor management; horrible morale; constant threat of layoff; no clear direction; lack of good management; no room for advancement; no direction. The company cannot decide if it wants to be an IT company or and Education company. Which means, it is not going to either of them very well. I have been with this company over 10 years and it saddens me to see what was once a thriving company with passion, become this bottomless pit.

      Tech Savvy and provides opportunities to learn new things every day.

      Cons

      Too much politics since last year. Lot of good people have left. No growth up the hierarchy.
