      Pros

      Can't think of a single pro that would recommend this company at this time.

      Cons

      Apollo IT hired some very talented people when they were ranked as a Best Place to Work several years ago but infighting, lack of strong leadership and it's future without Federal Student Loan funding has made it a caustic, toxic environment.

      good vision, good people at lower levels, benefits

      Cons

      Exec leadership, lack of bench strength, poorly run and "clicky" HR, too many initiatives without well defined strategy. it's the worst leadership I've ever had in my 30 years in the workforce.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission and vision. Flexible work schedule with capability to work remotely. Good salary and benefits. There are some great people in this company.

      Cons

      For the last 3 years, during the declining market, major changes in business strategy and tactics are deployed too frequently. Seems like leaders are in a panic
