      Pros

      Upper management beyond local is excited and amazing. They believe in what they are doing and it shows when you meet them and in our compensation and group functions. They believe in training for everyone and that is an obvious bebefit!

      Cons

      They are too big to be available to keep all managers and locations poppong with the zeal of upper management. Numbers tend to be more important than the mission of the founders.

      Smart people, challenging problems, heavy software development, focus on making lives better through education. Good corporate citizen, on site cafe and work out facility. Centrally located in Phoenix, good parking

      Sector is down, profits are down, turbulent times ahead, company is at a turning point relative to the market. Challenges include online not for profit, student loan debt, goverment regulation, and MOOC's

      Pros

      Some really great people people to work with. Very nice office. There were some positions that seemed to have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Project managers everywhere! Way too many project managers to be productive. The pay could have been a lot better. Lots of big company corporate bs. Developer environments were horrible thanks to government regulated IT solutions.
