Change is bringing chaos.

Pros

Great people and peers to work with. The benefits and perks are good, like tuition reimbursement.

Cons

UOPX is going through massive changes and lay offs right now. As a result of less employees, the pressure is placed back on those that have remained. It seems that plenty of managers are reverting back to their old habits of sales tactics of enrolling students instead of embracing the new culture that campus administration is trying to endorse. There is just a lot of inconsistencies and the advisors are the ones suffering.

Cons

Too much politics during the hard times Some managers show favoritism and cronyism handling assignments
