      Great product, but management is all over the place, no measureables for employees anymore.

      Pros

      Good for social worker/counselor type people - people that want to help others get their life on track.

      Cons

      The company has gone from telling enrollment advisors to "enroll and retain quality students and we'll pay you in accordance to that" to "Make fake phone calls, get fake talk time on your phone, suck up to you manager and we'll leave you alone". Company is declining in employees and student body as compared to previous years. They will require you to work Saturday or some Saturdays. Each division has different rules, managers run their own show.

      Lots of opportunities to use many different technologies, This is really all I can think of right now. word number 20

      Cons

      A lot of managers (project and other types) most of the PM's aren't technical. I can't remember how many I've explained to them that there's a ticket with the developers for a memory leak.

      Pros

      Most people are good to work with especially on a personal level. The environment is relatively stable and evenly-paced.

      Cons

      On professional level there's a lack of expertise in many areas. Many political conflicts and power struggles between the IT departments.
