Pros

Health Benefits are great! If you need experience as a trainer and are looking to get your feet wet, this is a good job to start. Provides basic training skills, and an overall comfortable environment

Cons

The Training department is still coming together and is currently undergoing many changes. Don't expect to walk away from the job with profound Knowledge of the training industry, they are not sure what that looks like either. Most managers were not promoted because of ability but tenure. If you are not part of the click or if you disagree with management, start packing.

Pros

Not a lot of overtime. The work hours are good. There is some stability if you are in IT position.

Cons

Turnover is very high and good employees have been leaving in bunches lately. The workplace is now high stress and not a lot of fun. People are afraid to speak their minds and are concerned that their jobs will be sent offshore.

No longer a fun place to work

Pros

You will never be bored working at Apollo. They will always have something to keep you busy with so many projects you will not have time to breath. The free degree is a nice perk.

Cons

Management cannot seem to figure out what is important. You will constantly hear how the business seems to think that this item is the most important thing, the number one priority. The kicker is that other 4 projects you are working are also number one priorities to them as well. Everything is rush rush rush. Management does not trust their employees at all. You are constantly being second guessed about your abilities and there is constant back stabbing. Not a pleasant place to work.
