      Great people who are passionate about the mission of University of Phoenix. Flexibility to take on as much responsibility as you'd like. Provides great working experience.

      The people in certain areas are great.

      Senior Leadership (C-Suite) is a joke. They don't care about anything but the bottom line. Benefits are terrible.

      The mid and lower staff really care about students and want a good experience for the students. People are generally good to work with. Good life balance.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. No strategy, no execution. No motivation for employees to excel since management can't execute.
