      Pros

      Pros for this company include great benefits, great people, and great opportunities to develop professionally. I enjoyed my time working here and fell that it gave me an opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Apollo is in a constant state of change. As a result, new leadership and new policies make it tough to feel secure in your job. Often times leadership did not do a great job of communicating change and thereby leaving employees feeling uncertain about their future.

      Pros

      It's easy to work there as the expectations are low and management is really hands off because they can't really do much to reprimand you

      Cons

      There is no direction. The managers and higher were all promoted based on their activity from 10+ years ago. They have no interest in building your skill set, only try to scare you to work harder. The company is also looking to shrink its UoP student body in half so there is ZERO opportunity to grow or promote.
