      Pros

      I've been here for over 15 years, and it was great at the beginning. A few dedicated employees who really want to deliver to our customers are all that remain.

      Cons

      The company has become so large and burdened with bureaucracy that few projects are successful or even deployed (IT and Business). Vague strategy from executives, and really top-heavy. There are many Managers, Sr Manager, Directors and Sr Directors who don't even have people reporting to them, they've just been here a long time so they were promoted.

      Great people to work with. The job does offer work life balance but is low paid.

      Cons

      Fear is rampant with looming layoffs. No position, tenure, and skill level is safe.

      Pros

      The parking garage was pretty nice. So was the cafeteria.

      Cons

      Where to start? Ineffective management, c-level still expecting profits reflective of 2003, head up in the clouds company outlook. It is surprising to me that Apollo is still in business. I'm glad I sold my stock 3 years ago.
