      Pros

      40,000 a year for leaving voicemails.

      Cons

      High school drama. It gets boring there, so a lot of people gossip. Leaving voicemails all day is boring and a pain. There are always threats of layoffs.

      The people that you work with are nice and will do anything to help you progress

      Cons

      Upper manage has no clear direction. They are all over the place. The pay is not sufficient for the amount of work that they pile on you. There employees are just numbers and are expendable.

      Great mission to change the world! "An educated world is a better world"... brilliant strategy for Apollo, "...align the resources of global universities against the human capital issues of large employers in the workplace..."

      Cons

      Many... poor at execution; a 'new regime' in place (again) that utterly fails to understand how a service/consultant sales org is different from product sales; a marriage to a high cost vertical industry strategy with no real vertical expertise; disconnected upper management; rampant anxiety in the workforce, not data driven, culture with no 'correction of error' mentality (more bursh it under the rug), poor and almost non existent communications, etc.
