Pros
Good reputation in Vietnam and nice to have on your c.v. You will get payed in time. Real effort was made to develop teachers skills.
Cons
Very poor support for work visa. Requirement to do un-payed training and non-teaching activities. Management could be frustrating e.g. some activities were poorly organised and teachers were the last to know about arrangements. Benefits were in line with the market. But you're not going to get rich!
