Flex Schedule, Department gatherings, Opportunities to grow knowledge-base, cafe in headquarters for convenience.

Cons

Executives continue to change the direction of the co. Not fully evaluating the consequences to employees across the co from their decisions. No real opportunity for growth, management will tell you there is opportunity, but never enough money in the budget to support their claim.
