      Plenty of opportunities for career development with highly motivated colleagues. Benefits are very strong. The culture is solid but narrow - great if you align with it, challenging if you don’t.

      Manager effectiveness varies widely and in some cases there is insufficient accountability for performance or people management.

      The culture is toxic, you barely see a diverse management team. They work you to death and management loves blaming others for their horrific behavior. Favoritism and Nepotism are two favorite characters that describes this firm
