- Apollo is growing rapidly - There are many intelligent and hard working people at Apollo - Benefits and pay are outstanding

Cons

- HC guaranteed that there was no time at level during the interview process; however, I found out that there was a number of years needed before promotion - The firm is highly political and constantly shifting. It is hard to get a sense of stability/security within the job
