      Pros

      - High pedigree - will never once question the intellectual horsepower - Great learning experience with high amounts of responsibility - Truly differentiated investment philosophy vs. peers - Best-in-class compensation

      Cons

      - No regard for your time whatsoever. This has not changed despite changes in leadership - Highly political. Wish was more transparent. - No real training - expectations are high from the start - Feels like leadership is focused on other parts of the business

      Leadership needs new Management for Admins!

      Pros

      Senior Management engages with everyone. Cafeteria & Coffee Bar is completely free. Gym on the 8th Floor is nice, Good Trainers. Work from Home on Fridays. Other days are flexible.

      Cons

      No growth unless your Partner fights for you. If you don’t support a Partner you can forget it. The Principal in charge of EA’s plays Favoritism. Same rules don’t apply to everyone.. They keep the Temps for years with false promises of employment.
