      Working for one of the world's largest alternative asset manager and good compensation.

      Cons

      Lots of manual work Long Working hour and stressful environment. New fund launch and acquisition related works goes beyond normal working hours and sometimes Weekend Work

      learning curve is quite good. Compensation is in line with industry standars

      Cons

      Colleagues in UK and USA have some superiority complex, they treat the people in India not as equals Management in Powai only thinks about cost cutting for designations below theirs. No changes in global policies for higher management. There is no work life balance, teams are understaffed.
