The people used to be the reason, the benefits, the culture.

Cons

Apollo outsourced most of the UK team, made it hard to move to different jobs within the company and the culture vanished into thin air as they removed it even from the walls.

There's nothing exactly nice about this organization but compensation and free snacks are good

Cons

No work life balance. They expect employees to work 24/7 round the clock. Leaves are not given even in emergency case. Pathetic work culture. Overall processes are manual and tedious.
