Pros

Working at App Orchid is one of best decisions I have made. I am always driven and motivated at work and never dread going to work. You are given challenges and not expected to EXCEL in everything (it is not possible always) but are appreciated for the hard work that you put. People around you are dedicated and always have company's interest on mind. The management trusts each person to do their job so work/life balance is great.
