      - Nice and smart colleagues - Senior developers are nice and willing to answer any question - You can learn and work on different types of projects - Company event and lecture once every month

      - Low base salary - Lack of resources when you start a new project sometimes

      Pros

      It has a great workplace environment with many knowledgeable employees that is growing rapidly. They have free snacks and drinks. Events and lectures once every month. Everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      Not much to say. There can be a lot of work to do as the company will sometimes sign to build more apps than they have programmers for, but the work is always manageable and never too stressful

      Thank you for the positive feedback! We've been working hard to create a welcoming environment where co-workers supports each other and every opinion is heard and valued. The monthly company events, weekly company meetings, daily team stand-ups, and quarterly performance reviews are all aimed at helping promote that kind of culture so it's great to see that hard work translate into positive experiences for our employees! We'll also have to give props to our Sr. Designer Leonard Reese for taking the initiative to roll out our monthly lecture series. We agree that's been a great addition!
