Pros
I have been at AppCard for Just over a year and love the company. It is my second job out of college. It is a start or was a start up when I first joined, but things have changed tremendously since I first started. My friends and family told me that in start ups you would have to learn a lot and learn fast, they were right, but i did not realize how much I would like this environment. My team is amazing and supportive and there is indeed a culture of camaraderie and genuine belief in what we are building. I guess what I like most about AppCard is the energy that my colleagues and other employees have. Everytime a new franchise signs up to work with AppCard, a Gong is rung and literally the whole office cheers, its like a mini party that happens almost everyday. I am learning a lot and have seen the company open a new office in Florida and build out a huge tech team in Israel. This is a fun place to work.
Cons
We are learning to consult now with businesses and fine tune their marketing strategies which is great and I now understand more about how businesses are run and how customer's interact with them, which has lead to some really happy clients, but these successes aren't as public as the sales, I would like to ring the gong when I launch a big franchise or complete a marketing campaign that brings in $100K for a client. And for that, I give AppCard 4 stars instead of five.
