Clear strategy, strong team that continues on growing. Company DNA is uniquely kept across all offices. Great seeing both the company's and our leading team's personal growth in terms of ability, capability, dedication and accountability. Company culture is fun: work hard, play hard. Good selection of snacks.

Pros

Great young office where I made a lot of my friends. Hardworking yet laid back enviroment. It's great first job out of college, espcially as a sales role. The VP of sales will take time to train you. A lot of bonus opportutinties such as most demo sets in a week, first demo set of the day, and doable KPI bonuses. Exciting product with strong funding.

Cons

The company pretty strict with WFH if thats a downside for you, expect to work in office 5 days a week, some employees can get special treatment. There are growing pains with any startup, But I feel the company is heading in the right direction.
