Pros

Very tight knit group of colleagues, really work well together which you need to given the work. For me I enjoy this and we bond quite a bit over the clients we work with. Pay is good but bonuses are better. These were just implemented this year but I cannot imagine doing the job without a bonus, just to fast paced. Other departments are great to work with. There were issues in the past but I wasnt here for those.

Cons

Too Many accounts coming our way and we dont seem to know how to hire fast enough. I think management is being pretty picky which seems to work as we ahve low employee turn over but it means the rest of us are bogged down. This is getting better with each new person but for the love of god hire faster.

Pros

We have office snacks, that’s good.

Cons

Poor management, lack of pay rate increases in the past year despite inflation, and a noisy office environment. Furthermore, the compensation is not on par with that of comparable companies and positions.
