Pros
Lot of room for career growth. I started as an SDR and worked my way to the Sales team. Management has been good, training was great through to where I am today. Although some of it as they explain is self learning, they basically teach you what do and then throw you in the water saying the best way to learn is to fail 1,000 times until you get it right, they do give you guidance but still a little scary. This worked for well for me but others I have seen struggle with that approach. The Coffee, this company really cares about its coffee.
Cons
Work From Home is a bit off. They give 3 days a month, which some people take and others don't, I take mine about half the time but it feels unfair that some of us do and some of us don't and we are judged on the same measuring stick. Just come to work!.
