co-workers are great however it does not outweigh the cons

Cons

CEO blatantly lied to employees. This company acquired another company and was told they no one would be laid off. However less than 1 year into the acquisition over 60% off the people were laid off. Also force employees who are on vacation to work

Pros

Because of the many hats you have to wear, you learn a lot. The people you meet become your team and you learn to rely on each other and share your problems and learnings and truly be collaborative.

Cons

Communication between departments are poor and not enough work and focus goes into the product which creates problems in every department and role which makes it hard to sell and support the product. People aren't valued and taken advantage off.
